I wanted to share a little reminder about my policies ๐ค
I work on a strictly one-to-one basis, which means every appointment is a dedicated slot reserved only for you. I prepare the room, the treatment, and my whole schedule around your booking.
For this reason, any cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice are charged the full treatment cost, as the time cannot be filled at short notice.
I completely understand that sickness happens โ we're all human. If you genuinely become unwell and need to cancel last minute, the fee can be credited towards a new appointment as long as it's rescheduled within 14 days of the original appointment.
And a small but important reminder: please read the full policies when booking, not just agree to them. They include essential information that helps your appointment run smoothly โ for example, arrival time.
Arriving too early can interrupt the client before you, disturb others working in the building, and take away the time I need to clean, reset the room, stretch, hydrate, and prepare between clients.
Your appointment starts at your booked time so I can give every client the same calm, unhurried, high-quality experience.
This policy helps me run my business fairly and continue giving each client the care and attention they deserve.
