It's ok if you're sensitive.
It can be tough in the crazy, fast-paced world we live in to feel deeply.
It can make you feel like an outcast like something is wrong with you. Like you're different from everyone else like you can't cope with life. And if you're reading this and it resonates then you are different to most people - but that's not a bad thing.
When you practice loving and accepting your differences (and it's ok if this takes a little time) you will see that your sensitivity is a gift. Your ability to feel so deeply and impulse to help everyone around you is an incredibly beautiful thing.
But sensitive soul, learn to look after yourself.
Rest when you need to rest.
Do things that bring you joy.
Say no to the things that deep in your soul you know are not right for you.
It's ok if you get overwhelmed by things that others think are trivial.
It's ok if stuff takes you a little longer than others.
It's ok if others think your behaviour is odd or they don't understand it.
You are enough exactly as you are!
Stop comparing yourself to others.
Accept yourself as you are, acknowledge, and tend to your needs.
With the right conditions, your sensitivity is your superpower and, you can begin creating those conditions now by listening to what you need.
