You may have noticed that many of our course titles end with the letters (RQF).
For example, Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) or Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF).
So what does that actually mean?
RQF stands for Regulated Qualifications Framework.
It is the official framework used in England to recognise and regulate qualifications. When a course sits on the RQF, it means the qualification has been designed to meet nationally agreed standards and is regulated by Ofqual.
In simple terms, it means:
• The qualification meets strict national standards
• Assessment criteria are clearly defined
• Certificates are recognised by employers and regulators
• The awarding body is monitored for quality
When you book onto an RQF qualification with DTMK Training Services, you are not just attending a workshop. You are completing a regulated, nationally recognised qualification that carries weight.
That matters for workplaces, schools, nurseries, and anyone responsible for compliance.
If you ever see (RQF) after a course title, you now know it means quality, regulation, and recognition.
