How I manage business, family and fitness one week at a time...
1. My passion hobby of pro wrestling came to an end...
After 20 years of matches (pic on the left fom my very first one) I had my last one.
It was an incredible day and I love wrestling...but I can't risk the injuries anymore.
2. My client is seeing some fantastic results!
8 weeks in and just over a 20lbs down.
This client won't LOVE being plastered over my social media but I am so proud of her commitment and determination πͺ
3. My client Mike came to me about 3 months ago and would struggle with regular press ups.
Now he does sets of 15 with 20kg on his back.
Seeing someone show up and improve week on week is the best part of the gig π
4. Back tracking...
This year I did a 12 week cut and lost 15lbs...I talked about it on here a little but could have documented it more.
The last 6 weeks I've maintained my result but it's now time to hit another 12 week deficit and finish this year strong.
Should I document the whole thing?
Does what I do have value to you?

Ols took to it pretty quick and seemed to love it.

A weekend filled with family time and now some chill time with my love
Tomorrow marks the start of another week where I aim to be the best coach, husband, dad and friend I can while working toward being the best version of myself π
