Manor House Residential Care Home is the penultimate home to join our organisation and is situated in the pleasant village of Blofield, approximately seven miles east of Norwich.

A Well-Welcomed Visit from Mr Finch 🐾

We were delighted to welcome Mr Finch once again — he never fails to put smiles on all our faces!

Such a clever dog, Mr Finch amazes us every month with a brand-new trick. 🐶 This time, he truly wowed everyone, filling the room with laughter and joy.

Thank you, Mr Finch, for brightening our day once again! ❤️

We had an absolutely amazing visit yesterday from Jack and Pixie, the miniature donkeys, who brought so much joy to our residents! ❤️

Jack and Pixie, brother and sister, made a special appearance to surprise Colin on his birthday and it truly was the perfect surprise. Colin even took Jack for a walk around the home, which was a lovely moment for everyone to see.❤️

All of our residents enjoyed spending time stroking and interacting with them and it’s safe to say Jack and Pixie loved the attention just as much as we did! ☺️
They were beautifully clean, well-groomed, and incredibly well-trained, making the visit even more special. 🫏

A huge thank you to Viv for helping to arrange such a wonderful surprise that brought smiles to everyone’s faces. ❤️

We had such a lovely day today! With the sun shining bright, we took full advantage of the glorious weather by spending time in our beautiful garden. There were games, cheerful conversation, and plenty of refreshing drinks to keep us cool.

A perfect day filled with warmth, smiles, and togetherness! 💛

A special morning at Blofield Church ⛪️

We were warmly welcomed at Blofield Church this morning for a lovely cup of tea and heartfelt conversation. It was a joy to share memories and stories with such a wonderful community.❤️
Sarah kindly presented the beautiful Easter flower decorations, which were absolutely stunning and brought so much joy.❤️

We all had a truly memorable day and are so grateful for the opportunity to connect with everyone. Thank you, Blofield Church, for your hospitality, kindness, and warm welcome as always.🙏

Happy Easter from all of us at Manor House! ❤️

Our residents enjoyed a truly special Easter weekend filled with joy, laughter, and wonderful company. We were delighted to welcome a visit from the Easter Bunny, along with children who joined us for a fun-filled Easter egg hunt. 🐰🐣

The atmosphere was full of warmth as the children shared their chocolate treasures with our residents, a lovely moment that brought smiles all around.❤️

After an exciting time in the garden, everyone came together to enjoy great food and plenty of laughs.☺️

A huge thank you to our amazing chef for making the day even more special!❤️

👧👦 This morning, we were delighted to welcome back our wonderful friends from Blofield Primary School — and what a joy it was to meet the new children joining us!

Our residents absolutely loved listening to the children’s beautiful singing 😍 The room was filled with smiles, applause, and plenty of cheerful moments.

A big thank you to the fantastic teachers for making this visit possible. We’re already looking forward to seeing you all again soon ♥️

A Special Day at Blofield Church ⛪️

We were warmly welcomed at Blofield Church for a beautiful service, followed by generous refreshments and heartfelt conversations. It was such a joy to share memories and stories with the wonderful Blofield community. 🙏

There were also stalls with lovely items for sale something we truly enjoyed, and of course, we couldn’t resist picking up a few treasures!❤️

🦉✨ We had a truly delightful visit from Evie’s Owls! ✨🦉

Mark introduced us to the wonderful Sarah and Shadow, and we learned all about them from when they were born to what they love to eat. It was such a fascinating and memorable experience for everyone.

Sarah and Shadow were incredibly friendly, and our residents and staff absolutely loved spending time with them. There were so many smiles all around!

We’re already looking forward to welcoming them back again soon. Thank you for such a special visit! ❤️

This morning, we enjoyed our regular monthly church service, kindly led by our local Blofield Church. ⛪️ It was, as always, a meaningful time of reflection, heartfelt hymn singing, and sharing in communion. 🤍

A heartfelt thank you to Blofield Church for your continued support and spiritual care. It is truly appreciated by all. 🙏

🍀 Happy St Patrick’s Day from all of us at Manor House 🍀

We’ve had a wonderful day filled with singing, dancing, and plenty of laughter as we celebrated together. Everyone enjoyed learning some Irish dancing whether standing or seated and it was fantastic to see so many smiling faces joining in. 💃

Our chef truly outdid themselves with delicious cupcakes that looked just as amazing as they tasted! 💚 A lovely time was had by all, and we’re so happy to have shared it with such great company.
