Night staff required for five star support

Five Star Support Limited is currently seeking Community Support Staff to join our established team. This role involves supporting individuals within their own homes during night shifts to ensure their safety, providing personal care, and assisting with medication management.
Shift Details:

- Hours: 21:00 to 09:00.
- Flexibility: Opportunities are available for 1, 2, 3, or 4 nights per week to suit your availability.

Pay Rates:

Starting at £12.50 per hour, rising to £12.71 per hour in April (with a further increase following a successful probationary period).
Sleep Night Rate: £78.30 per night.

Pay Structure: Hourly rates apply from 21:00 to 22:00 and 08:00 to 09:00, with a specific night rate applied between 22:00 and 08:00.

COMMUNITY STAFF NEEDED , Five Star Support Limited (NOT DAY CENTRE)

We are in need for someone to join the team for the following,

Set day/days to suite your availability on the following shift,

Young lady,
1030am to 430pm , monday, Thursday or Friday working with a young lady none verbal, wheelchair user, mobility car to access community and centre.

Young lady
8am to 515pm monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Thursday is 8am to 830pm , she needs someone who is confident in care and epilepsy, out going, fun and likes to do girl activities, nails, hair ect

Start rate £13.00ph rising to £13.50ph after probation (will increase april)
Petrol £0.45p a mile
Paid shadowing and induction training days , Oliver McGowan, first aid, moving and handling, care skills, care certificate

Calls are a minimum of 3hr blocks to 12hr blocks, nights, weekends, set teams working with set individuals empowering life skills and choices

We are in need of experienced care staff to join the team within the day centre supporting individuals to have fun and lots of laughter, promote independent and help learn new skills.
You will be physically able to carry out pc, work in the kitchen and need to be able to drive the mini buses, follow guidance and direction from the team and team leader.
Work in line with company policies and procedures and to company handbook, you will need experience within learning disabilities or in health and social care setting and a willingness to learn.
