Hope i find you all well and enjoying the summer months, just wanted to let you know of some of what treatments and options i offer.
I am a Reiki master and offer this treatment which is really good for grounding and finding balance but also working from the inside of the body out aids recovery relaxation and overall wellness. Reiki x 30mins £20 or 45 mins £25

Angel card readings
this can be done online through email, vidieo call or phone call or face 2 face.
I also offer group bookings and travel to homes if you wish to book a tarot card reading party, its £20 per person x 20 - 30 mins reading and the host gets their reading free no more than 7 people at one time though . please note that party bookings are £20 pp other wise its £25 x 45mins

Reflexology
Everything in our boys is connected and working on certain zones on our feet can help with digestive issue, anxiety, muscle aches & pains, mental health just to name a few aiding relaxation on all levels . £35 x 45 mins

Good evening Everyone!
I do hope everyone is enjoying the lovely weather at the moment it is long over due, with regards to myself i have been busy i have started my tarot page on tik tok check out tarot with T, and started doing card reading partys again .

A card reading party can be booked well in advance with a £20 deposit needed to secure the date, the host has their card reading for free and everyone else pays £20 each for their 25min reading .
A minimum of 4 people and maximum of 6 people is required .

Just thought i would advertise my latest business venture Handmade Aromatherapy crystal infused Candles!

The ones below are Halloween themed and come in different scents
The Large one in a container with a lid is orange spritz & has 2 small crystal hearts one Rose Quartz known as the love crystal and a Amethyst known as a good all rounder crystal for anything and everything £10 ( £13 if it needs posting)
The lower 3 candles are £7 each or (£10 if needs posting) Red Mandarin & the dark grey ones vanilla musk jasmine and patchouli both contain hematite crystals which are very grounding and balancing and also good for protection .

Hello Everyone!
just thought i would do a write up as it was mental health awareness day yesterday, and in present day living i think we all have some issues with our mental health some more so than others

So for a brief moment just take a deep breath in and release it. did you notice if it was quite quick, slow or didnt notice ?

The way we breath has a impact on our health When you breath correctly, you pump cerebrospinal fluid into the brain to reduce stress and cure anxiety.
Recent studies using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) show a link between CSF flow and breathing.
The human brain is bathed with this crystal clear liquid called cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). CSF carries oxygen and nutrients to brain cells while removing waste products.

How you breath can effect the CSF flow
Deep breathing helps with this and stress - try breathing in through your nose for 4 secounds and gently breath out for 8 secounds making sure you breath in from the diaphragm and with time and effort you can increase the breath in by 8 secounds and realease the breath 16 secounds .

This will help with stress & anxiety calming the mind and body it will help you focus too so put some relaxing music on sit down and give yourself a break from the norm,
