It gives us great pleasure to welcome the newest member of the Chamberlains family.
This is Duane.
Duane is a very good friend of Gary's and will be supporting him with the essential out of hours services. This mainly consists of conveying peoples loved ones into our care outside of office hours.
We are so pleased to welcome Duane on board and know he will be an asset to the company.

Yesterday we found ourselves at Cannock Chase Crematorium for a direct/unattended cremation.

Although we acknowledge that these types of cremations remove essential services that support the grieving process, we still ensure the following are carried out:

-Care and respect of the deceased
-Suitable coffin for their final earthly journey
-Clean and suitable vehicle
-Smart attire by the Chamberlains staff member
-Dignity as we enter the Crematorium chapel
-Safe return of the Cremated remains

A beautiful horse-drawn funeral to convey a much loved woman on her final earthly journey.

With the horses welfare in mind, we find a venue local to the starting point (usually the deceased' home) where we safely transfer the coffin onto the carriage to reduce the overall journey for the horses.

Thank you to this venue for accommodating us. You know who you are 🙏
