‼️Spring COVID Booster Vaccinations – Starting 13 April 2026‼️

☺️We have been vaccinating patients against COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic five years ago, and we would like to thank our patients for their continued support of the vaccination programme.🩷

❗️Due to a decision by the ICB (Integrated Care Board), we are no longer able to vaccinate anyone who is not a registered patient with Railway Medical Group.

❗️Important:❗️
If you are a Marine Practice patient, please do NOT attend our walk-in vaccination clinics. You will need to contact your own GP practice to arrange your vaccination.

Further details about clinic dates and eligibility will be shared shortly.

📢 Important Update: Online Appointment Booking Temporarily Switched Off
We’re aware of an issue affecting patients booking appointments through the NHS App, where a message appears saying “This appointment slot has already been booked.”

Although the app tells you the slot is unavailable, the appointment is actually being booked. This means some patients believe their booking hasn’t gone through and try again several times — resulting in multiple duplicate appointments that then appear as Failed to Attend (FTA).

To prevent this from happening, we have temporarily switched off online appointment booking while the issue is being investigated.

✅ You can still book appointments by calling the practice.
☎️ [01670 542630]

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this is being fixed. We’ll update you as soon as online booking is safely back up and running.
