Blue Light Sensitivity: The eye is particularly sensitive to blue light, which is why exposure to screens and LED lights can cause discomfort and strain.

Blue light lenses are a type of eyewear designed to filter out or block blue light, a high-energy, short-wavelength light emitted by digital screens (such as computerrs, tablets and smart phones) and LED and fluorescent lighting.
