It is finally over!

Since 2018, we have been fighting lies and corrupt information provided via the mainstream media.

After many meetings with various authorities and been found that we were not doing anything illegal.

A case was brought against us by the Northumbria Police through the Crown Prosecution Service.

With many, many, many documents still held in archives, I knew the police statements were lies and also concocted by the police to try and get a conviction for Fraud by False Representation. Remember all clients were offered their refund of plans regardless of the lies that were published.

The individuals who stood against us were proven to be liars and although no one can state they are liars in court the truth was laid bare and they cannot get away from the facts and shown the lies.

Finally all individuals were found NOT GUILTY of all charges after a 7 day court case.

Thanks to the legal teams for putting forward the evidence to prove there was no case to answer and thanks to the commonsense of the judiciary and heads of CPS as the CPS barrister even told a member of the public that he would have played with the facts although the signature of the individual was on the paperwork.

I appreciate it has took 7 years to get the truth but we got the just decision that was correct.
