🎅💚 Be a Santa to a Senior is BACK! 💚🎅

We’ve had so many people asking if we’re hosting this wonderful event again after last year’s success… and we’re happy to say YES, we are!

📅 Running from 1st–14th December

Be a Santa to Senior helps support older adults in our local community who may be financially struggling or feeling isolated, making sure they feel remembered, valued, and cared for this Christmas.

🎄 TREE LOCATION:
➡️ Manor Walks Shopping Centre – Outside Bonmarche

📦 GIFT DROP-OFF POINTS:
➡️ Gifts can be left under the tree at manor walks or Dropped off at 14 Berrymoor Court, Cramlington, NE23 7RZ

🎄✨ Christmas has officially arrived at Home Instead South East Northumberland ! ✨🎄

Our tree is up, the decorations are sparkling… and our naughty office elf, Twinkle, is back and ready for a whole new season of mischief!

This year, Twinkle is extra excited — not only does she have a brand-new office to explore, but she’s also told us she wants to visit some of our lovely clients to spread Christmas cheer (and maybe a few cheeky antics too!).

You might not know much about plants, but Keisha will. She’ll tell you all about her garden over a cup of tea or two.

She’s still proud that she can get about and cook for herself, but bath time is a bit trickier these days. That’s where you come in, just to be there, just in case.

She likes her hair brushed, her flowers watered, and her independence intact. It’s about dignity and feeling at home, with a little help when it’s needed.

No two visits are the same. One day you’re doing physio and looking through old photo albums, the next you’re chatting about Wordle and the weather.

You’ll always have at least an hour, enough time to do things properly with care and kindness. And Keisha will tell you, more than once, how much it means.

You’ll get full training and support from a friendly team who are always at the end of the phone, or happy to grab a coffee when you need a chat or advice.

We believe in rewarding people who care. You’ll get good pay, a range of shift patterns, and the chance to make a real difference every single day.
