Happy International Women’s Day to my incredible wife and business partner.

I’m constantly inspired by her dedication to our clients and the strength she brings to our business every day.

She's supported me immensely in my first two years as a Therapist, and I'm doing my best to follow in her footsteps as we continue to build our little business together.

👋 Guess who’s back?! 🎉

I’m so happy to share that 11 weeks on from my emergency hip surgery, I’m officially back to work full time from this week.

It’s been a long road, but I’m feeling really good and ready to get back to treating you all. My diary is now fully open for appointments.

I personally wanted to say a massive, heartfelt thank you to every single one of you for your understanding, kindness, and all the support you’ve shown Kevin and me over the last few months — it truly meant the world.

I still have a little way to go before I’m back to full fitness, but I continue to work hard each day to get back to training and competing as soon as possible. I’m 100% ready to return to work and keeping you all in tip-top shape for now though. I can’t wait to see you all!

We have some difficult news to share. Due to a serious hip injury, Laura needs to undergo emergency surgery today.

This means that both of us —Laura and Kevin— will have to cancel all appointments for the rest of this week.

​Kevin will be taking time off to support Laura through her surgery and initial recovery. We don’t yet know what the recovery time will look like, but we'll be sure to keep you updated.

​We are devastated to have to step away, as our clients and their wellbeing are always our top priority. However, at this time, we need to focus on Laura's health.

​For all clients with appointments this week, we'll be in touch directly to reschedule or discuss the next steps. Thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time.
