Steven Seagull might have people stop to take his photo, (yes, this really happens) but hes a Blyth lad and hes still walking to the CVA hub Market Place Blyth this morning with our Social Prescribers. Steve and the rest of the team will be there today 9-4. It might be dull outside but there's a warm glow in the hub.

This week, Marine Medical Group Social Prescribers are super busy. Today we are meeting Silx Teen Bar to find out about the training and support they can give to younger people and then meeting the fab Candice from Briardale House to look at support for our lovely Blyth community. Don't forget we are at Phoenix Theatre, Blyth tomorrow 1pm for our mental health support group and one Wednesday at Lighthouse Community Hub 9am to 11.30am then at the CVA hub Market Place Blyth Wednesday afternoon 2pm to 4pm for our women's health drop in and Thursday 9-4 at the CVA hub.

It's been a day of pets and treats for Marine Medical Group Social Prescribers. Thanks to our lovely Blyth community for bringing things along. We had 4 cute pups, (and one human who thought sitting like one of the dogs might help him get a ham sandwich!), and some new friends joining us today. Thanks to Community and Voluntary Action Blyth Valley - CVABV for sharing their building. See you all again next week ❤️

This morning Marine Medical Group Social Prescribers are back at the CVA hub Market Place Blyth 9-4. Steven Seagull is taking his guard duty v seriously and has been checking the fire doors 🤣 However, you can all come around the front and pop in for a cuppa, a snack and some friendly support.

Thank you to everyone who came along today Lighthouse Community Hub this morning. Lots of new faces and a very cute baby joined us. Social Prescribers are back at Newsham next Wednesday 9am to 11.30am. The kettle will be on 🍰🍪☕️
