Happy Friday! What a lovely week Marine Medical Group Social Prescribers have had. So many people at our Mental Health Support Group we needed more chairs. A lovely catch up at our Menopause Cafe and then 31 people attending our drop in yesterday at the CVA hub. Our new IT support sessions with BRIC: Blyth Resource & Initiative Centre started on a positive note AND we have our upcoming Day at The Beach event in 2 weeks! Thank you Blyth for continuing to show up and open up to us. We ❤ Blyth. Now we are running towards the weekend as happy as Steven Seagull running towards us when we have stotties😁

Another lovely drop in for Marine Medical Group Social Prescribers. Always happy to see so many of our lovely Blyth community. We got through an entire boilers worth of teas and coffees! Our first digital support session with BRIC: Blyth Resource & Initiative Centre saw 3 NHS APPS successfully set up and their helpful advice saw another NHS APP issue resolved. Dan also helped another person get set up for some online shopping 🛍. We will be back next week and the digital support will be here on the first Thursday of every month.

Steven Seagull has now got a security job since his building work has finished. Here he is patrolling the CVA hub Market Place Blyth where Marine Medical Group Social Prescribers will be with a warm welcome from 9-4pm. Support, advice or practical help, we also have a digital support session today from 1.30. Tea, Coffee, tasty treats. And Steve.

No Steve! Marine Medical Group Social Prescribers are not at the CVA HUB until 2pm today! Join us tomorrow too at our usual Thursday 9-4 drop in and joining us tomorrow at 1pm for the Digital online session is BRIC: Blyth Resource & Initiative Centre when you can get an email address, learn how to use Apps and how to get online. Join us for Internet support from writing a CV to getting the NHS APP or even just learning to chat with family online. Tea, Coffee and biscuits.

Sandcastles chips, padding in the sea, chips, 2 beautiful beach huts, chips, meet new people and CHIPS!!! Because everyone loves chips at the beach ⛱

Thursday CVA hub Market Place 1.30-3.30 online support with BRIC: Blyth Resource & Initiative Centre get online, make a CV, get the NHS APP or just get an email address.
We will be holding our Weekly Womens Well-Being and menopause Cafe on Wednesday as well as our usual Thursday drop in 9-4 at the CVA hub Market Place Blyth.
