Another play therapy week wrapped up 💛

Tidying the room at the end of the week always gives me a moment to pause and reflect — on the big feelings explored, the tiny breakthroughs, the laughter, the trust, and the resilience children show every single day.

This work reminds me that positivity isn’t about pretending things are perfect. It’s about creating safe spaces where emotions can be expressed, understood, and held with care 🌱

As the toys are packed away and the room resets for next week, I’m ending this week feeling grateful, hopeful, and inspired.

Here’s to celebrating the small wins, protecting our peace, and carrying kindness into the weekend ✨

What an amazing week with this little fella!

A bounce, a swim, a quick regulation snack and back again! Absolute joy to behold!

And so… here we are.

100 clinical hours.
228 hours in total.

It’s been 2 years, 6 months, and 29 days since I began this journey —
942 days of learning, growing, and becoming. That’s 19 clients, their parents and their families.

Days of curiosity, doubt, and quiet determination. Every hour holding moments of connection, trust, and the privilege of stepping into a child’s world and truly seeing them.

These 100 clinical hours are more than a number. They reflect presence, patience, and the responsibility of holding space for others.

This journey hasn’t just shaped my skills — it’s shaped me.

And while this milestone matters, it also feels like a beginning. There is still so much ahead.

So today, I pause to honour every single hour… and look forward to what’s still to come. ✨

There’s something quietly healing about water in the spring.

The way it gathers in small places, catching light, holding stillness, inviting slow hands and curious moments. No rush, no expectation—just presence. A reminder that not everything needs to be productive to be meaningful.

May brings that gentle shift… softer air, longer light, the beginning of barefoot days and unhurried afternoons. It’s a season for noticing—textures, sounds, the feeling of cool water against warm skin. For letting play be enough.

As summer edges closer, I’m holding onto these small, grounding moments. The kind that ask nothing from us except to be here.

Rebound Therapy: Gentle Movement with Big Benefits for All Ages and Abilities

Rebound Trampoline Therapy offers a calm, supported way to move the body. Because the trampoline does the work of lifting and lowering the body, it’s accessible to a wide range of people.

🌈 Who Rebound Therapy Can Support

• Children and young people, as a playful way to build coordination, body awareness, and confidence while working through structured Winstrada levels.
• Adults with learning disabilities with gentle movement that supports communication, engagement, and emotional regulation.
• People with physical disabilities with low‑impact exercise that helps improve muscle tone, balance, and controlled movement without strain.
• Individuals with sensory needs with rhythmic bouncing can be calming, grounding, and supportive for sensory processing.
• Older adults with a safe way to maintain mobility, joint comfort, and confidence in movement.

Our trained team adapts each session to the individual, creating a calm, encouraging environment where everyone can move at their own pace.
