Just when I thought things would be quieting down for the colder months... I've still been keeping plenty busy!!! No complaints here though, I stroke animals for a living 🤩💙

Did you know that when an area of your animal is tight, it can effect their fur❓

In between your muscles, organs, bones and nerves lays a connective sheet called fascia. When an area is tight through imbalance or compensation, the fascia becomes dehydrated and can warp the coat texture 🧐

A huge thank you to Emily Dog Days East Sussex who coincidentally took a before and after photo of lovely Maggie. If you look closely in the first photo, her fur appears lifted and has a curled pattern. The second photo was the day following her physio which consisted of massage and laser to loosen her fascial restrictions and essentially unstick the tissue!

Keep an eye on your animal's coat, fascial changes are a great way of identifying areas of tonicity 💪

Dazzler & Winter asking politely for more treats 🫶

These two had their regular general MOT check ups, it's amazing how well their noses work once I open up my bag 🤣

Every horse I physio gets to have few herbal treats the end of each equine consult, however they do have to work for them by doing their head and neck stretches 💪
