In the classic tale of Goldilocks, it wasn't about the extremes, but about finding what was 'just right'. The same principle applies when fortifying our body and mind's resilience.
ποΈββοΈ Mechanical Load: Just as muscles grow stronger with the right amount of resistance, our bodies excel when we find that perfect exercise balance. Too little, and we stagnate. Our Goldilocks zone here is embracing enough eustress to spark growth, while ensuring distress doesn't consume us.
The mantra is simple: "Eustress makes you stronger; distress can break you." But remember, itβs a dance of balance β exertion with recovery, challenge with rest.
