I’m taking this week off from teaching to recharge, but just a reminder that I’ve got a lovely two-part workshop planned for the afternoon of June 21st:

✨ Part 1 is a more-active flow, Part 2 is totally chilled, and we’ll do the tea and cake in the middle

✨ Come for either section and the social, or stay the whole afternoon for both

✨ Solstice themed (yes already 🌞🌚!)

✨ Both sessions accessible to all levels and experiences- everyone welcome

Fancy having a play-around upside down…? Join us on the afternoon of February 15th for some inversion and arm balance fun:

* a workshop to build your confidence, whether you’re an inexperienced head-stander or just starting out

* this time we’re also going to look at some other arm balances, like bakasana- (crow pose)

* a safe, friendly and fun environment, with plenty of space and time to explore your own practice

* not a test. No seriously, you don’t have to be able to do the thing in order to come to a workshop to help you do the thing. There won’t be any judgement around what you can or can’t do already x

* tea and Dave’s home made cake to finish with- what’s not to love?!

Are you feeling depleted? For many of us getting going again after the Christmas break can be a challenge, and this can be a tough time of year. But I’ve got just the thing: join us this Saturday (18th) for some gentle mat-based yoga, a nurturing yoga nidra, and of course Dave’s homemade goodies! A gently energising session amongst friendly souls, to honour yourself and top up the tanks. Looking forward to seeing you x
