Lyndhurst-Bodmin

Lyndhurst-Bodmin Bodmin Day Service is a small day service for people with learning disabilities, located in the centre of Bodmin.

We support approximatly 25 individuals of different ages and abilities, to live their lives according to their needs and wishes. We like to go out into the community as much as possible and build upon people's social skills and improve their independence within the local area. The centre has a range of activities on offer including horse riding, swimming, bowling, ballroom dancing, cooking and much more. We also assist individuals to find work experience opportunities and direct individuals to paid work in the local community. The centre will also help people to access local health and advocacy services such as Speech & Language Therapy and Cornwall People First.
