And just like that… we’re done for the year 🎄

Thank you to all my wonderful clients for showing up week after week this year — for the effort, the laughs, the sweat, and for trusting me to push you (sometimes more than you’d like - heehee).

This business exists because of YOU, and I’m so grateful for the support and the community we’ve built together.

However you’re celebrating, I wish you a festive season full of peace, love, and joy.

Taking time for yourself…
Had a rare evening to myself last night and felt the need to calm my busy mind. Spent an hour relaxing into restorative poses….it definitely took a while to switch off those racing thoughts!

It’s been a while, and couldn’t locate my bolster, so grabbed the spine arc and a pillow instead… worked just as well. Sometimes it’s all about making do and giving your body what it’s asking for.

Feeling so much better for that little pause — and I slept so well too.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend and manage to take a moment for yourself - remember you matter too 🧘🏼‍♀️💕

Where is she attempting the teaser now? Here’s a clue: it’s somewhere on the French Riviera, famous for luxury yachts and fast cars speeding around sharp hairpin turns. Any guesses?

I couldn’t resist striking a Pilates pose—whether on a picturesque street in Rome or overlooking the seaside views in Gaeta. Safe to say… Italy has stolen my heart! 🇮🇹✨
