Kernow Pilates Based in Mid Cornwall, with classes running in Bodmin, Lanhydrock, Lostwithiel & Wadebridge. Private one to one and two to one sessions can also be arranged.

Kernow Pilates is run by Michelle Vause-Jones a fully qualified level 3 Pilates Instructor, although teaching Pilates is my passion, I am also a qualified Personal Trainer so can advise and offer training sessions. I am fully insured, first aid trained and hold an up-to-date CRB certificate. Kernow Pilates offers a variety of Pilates classes to suit individuals needs/level. Pilates if practiced with consistency improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Thank you to all my wonderful clients for showing up week after week this year — for the effort, the laughs, the sweat, and for trusting me to push you (sometimes more than you’d like - heehee).

This business exists because of YOU, and I’m so grateful for the support and the community we’ve built together.
