Kernow Pilates Based in Mid Cornwall, with classes running in Bodmin, Lanhydrock, Lostwithiel & Wadebridge. Private one to one and two to one sessions can also be arranged.

Kernow Pilates is run by Michelle Vause-Jones a fully qualified level 3 Pilates Instructor, although teaching Pilates is my passion, I am also a qualified Personal Trainer so can advise and offer training sessions. I am fully insured, first aid trained and hold an up-to-date CRB certificate. Kernow Pilates offers a variety of Pilates classes to suit individuals needs/level. Pilates if practiced with consistency improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Prioritise You…… we sometimes prioritise everything and everyone else but what about you? Remember, taking care of yourself is essential! Make time for activities that enhance your physical and mental health. Why not prioritise your well-being by exploring the benefits of pilates this summer.

Thank you to all my lovely loyal clients who have come to classes and private sessions this year and put up with my amazing counting skills, my cheeky evil smile when I know what’s coming next, but you don’t and generally just rocking up and making me smile and laugh. My little business would not survive without your continued support, I really am grateful to you all.
