Ohh interesting study here to show just SOME of the differences between men and women with Parkinson’s.

Women with Parkinson’s have more uneven and unstable motor unit firing than men, even when their clinical symptoms are similar, per a study.

I am loving The Parkinson’s Companion app!! It’s a newly released app for people with Parkinson’s, they’re supporters, and I really think it’s helpful for clinicians as well.

It’s absolutely free!

It’s developed by world renowned Professor of Parkinson’s Ray Chaudhari and podcaster Sir Nicholas Mostyn.

It gives lots of advice on Parkinson’s such as free exercise videos/ non motor symptom assessment and lots of signposting to researched based strategies such as the Lee Silverman vocal technique.

If you’ve got Parkinson’s….. this app is one for you!
