Unfortunately this week’s FFS! has had to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control. Things have been rather busy with our own businesses of late, and after losing a couple of our showcase businesses for this month, and not having enough time to replace them and properly promote this date, we’ve decided it’s better to wait until we are in a position to be able to organise and promote it properly, to ensure it’s as busy as it can be. So we’ll take a break for now and will be back when we’re in a position to be able to give FFS! the time and energy it deserves. Thanks for all your support until now, look forward to seeing you soon!

July might seem like it's far away, but the sun has started shining earlier and later, and those temps keep climbing 👀

For the next FFS we are wanting to showcase businesses that represent all aspects of summer, whether that be businesses that...

- Help entertain the kids during the school holidays (think clubs and activities) 🎭
- Keep you fed or watered during the warmer climes 🍦🍹
- Get the whole family out and about (sports, bike and caravan hire, holidays etc.)🛶

⛰️2023 - Big Challenge #2!⛰️

This Saturday I will be climbing Mount Snowdon with my friend Kristiann, her brother Foster and 26 others.

We are raising funds for The Sienna Teresa Fund to raise money for research into hepatoblastoma, a cancer of the liver.

Sienna was just two years old when in April 2022 she was diagnosed. Any funds raised will help to find better, kinder, more effective treatments that not only cures children, but helps limit the amount of unpleasant side effects they have to suffer. We know money is tight for a lot of people at the moment, but any donations no matter how big or small will be gratefully received!

On the climb I will also be wearing my ‘Sons of Anxiety’ T-Shirt in my personal quest to continue to raise awareness of this fantastic local community support group providing peer to peer support for men experiencing mental health difficulties. Drop-In meetings take place every Wednesday 7pm at Bersted Green Hub, Bognor Regis. ‘Stronger together, never alone.’
