May is Mental Health Awareness month and it’s important to think about how we remove and reduce the stigma around talking about our mental health and the battles we face.
Spring represents renewal, mental health awareness should be an opportunity for growth, healing and new beginnings.
Therapy can be a space for personal growth and emotional healing.
