When we are healthy, happy, healed, present and confident our lives have a purpose.

This summer I have really enjoyed getting out and walking around the UK.

It’s a great way to see the countryside and spend time with family and friends chatting about life!

Surrounding yourself with nature, getting some fresh air and some exercise is a great way to get some balance back into your life.

Enjoy some peace and quiet to give yourself some time to think, reflect, heal and just be at ease.

It will automatically make you feel so much better, mentally, emotionally and physically! Give it a try for a healthier mindset ❤️

Navigating our way through life starts when we are children.

The experiences we have shape us to be the people we are today, and help us to grow to be the people we want to be tomorrow.

It’s good to look back and think about where we have come from, what we have learnt, memories we have shared, values we hold onto.

Sometimes taking the time to stop and reflect on our lives is healthy and offers the chance to question, challenge and accept. It is an opportunity to think about what life is and what we want from it.

Therapy can provide that space and motivation you might need to move you in a different direction in your own life ❤️

Setting yourself a challenge in life can be just what you need! Surround yourself with people who you love and value and spend time with nature to reset and prioritise your own wellbeing!
Just completed the Three Peaks with my daughter and travelled in a camper van across the UK.
Huge sense of achievement and well worth the training and hard work! 😓
Why not set yourself a goal or challenge this summer and make it happen!

Did you know a daily walk can help your body stay healthy, boost your mood and increase your energy levels?
Walking produces endorphins which elevate mood and reduce stress.

It can also help as a meditative practice that can clear the mind and foster mindfulness.

Regular walks can led to long-term improvements in emotional and mental health.

Now that we have lighter mornings and evenings, try some short walks and feel the benefits as we head into summer. ☀️
