What is a new patient check?

A new patient check is designed to welcome you to our surgery and make sure all of your medical notes are accurate.
During this check, our nursing team will review your health history, confirm your medication details, and answer any queries.
If a GP appointment is needed after this check, a member of our team will contact you to arrange it.

SSEN has informed us that we are one of the businesses in Barnham that will be without power for most of the day.
So The Five Villages will be closed on Friday May 16th until power is resumed.
The staff will be there in case the power returns early. If you have any queries please go to the back door and someone may be able to help you.
Sorry for the inconvenience but this is out of our control.

Hope all our customers had a lovely Christmas. Wishing you all a Happy New Year and an exciting 2025.
We should be moving our current Croft Pharmacy into the new building early 2025. Still waiting for Southern Electric to put in their sub station. As soon as we know we will let you all know.
