What is a new patient check?

A new patient check is designed to welcome you to our surgery and make sure all of your medical notes are accurate.
During this check, our nursing team will review your health history, confirm your medication details, and answer any queries.
If a GP appointment is needed after this check, a member of our team will contact you to arrange it.
