Have you ever had a moment where you know why you feel the way you do…
but nothing actually changes?

You can explain it.
You can talk it through.
You can make sense of it logically.

And yet your body still reacts.

Your chest tightens.
Your thoughts spiral.
Your emotions feel just as strong.

That’s because not everything is stored in the mind.
A lot of what we carry lives in the body and nervous system.

This is why talking alone doesn’t always create the shift people are looking for.

When we work with the body — through EFT tapping, tuning forks, sound, and intuitive therapy — we’re not just understanding the pattern, we’re helping the body release it.

One of the things people often say to me before their first session is:

“I’m not sure what treatment I need.”

And the truth is… you don’t have to know.

My approach is intuitive and person-led, which means every session is shaped around what you need in that moment.

Sometimes that might involve EFT tapping to release emotional pressure.
Sometimes tuning forks to calm the nervous system.
Sometimes massage, energy work or meditation to help the body settle and reconnect.

Your body is constantly giving signals about what it needs — my job is simply to listen and respond.

This is why so many people say they feel supported on multiple levels during a session, rather than just addressing one isolated issue.

Have you ever noticed how stress or emotions seem to show up in the body?

A tight neck that won’t ease.
Headaches that appear when life gets overwhelming.
A heavy feeling in the chest or shoulders that you can’t quite explain.

Our bodies are incredibly intelligent. They often hold onto things long after our minds have tried to move on.

Unprocessed stress, grief, trauma and emotional strain can all be stored physically. That’s why sometimes simply “talking about it” doesn’t always create the shift we’re hoping for.

When we work with the body as well as the mind — through things like EFT tapping, tuning forks, meditation and intuitive bodywork — we allow those stored patterns to gently release.

Tuning forks are one of the tools I love working with most.

At first glance they seem incredibly simple — a gentle vibration, a subtle sound. But when that vibration meets the body, something really interesting happens.

Your nervous system responds.

The body is constantly listening for signals that tell it whether it’s safe or stressed. The frequencies from tuning forks can help shift that system out of a tense, overloaded state and into a calmer, more regulated one.

People often notice things like:
✨ their breathing slowing down
✨ tension releasing from the head, neck or shoulders
✨ their thoughts becoming quieter
✨ a sense of warmth or movement in the body

Sometimes clients even say they didn’t realise how much they were holding until the moment their body finally lets go.

Your nervous system is constantly working behind the scenes, helping your body respond to stress, emotions, and everything life throws at you.

But when it’s been under pressure for too long, it can start to show up in ways you might not immediately recognise.

Here are three common signs your nervous system may be overloaded:

✨ You struggle to switch off.
Even when you finally sit down to relax, your mind keeps racing. You feel wired, restless, or unable to fully settle.

✨ You feel emotionally overwhelmed by small things.
Situations that normally wouldn’t affect you suddenly feel bigger, heavier, or harder to cope with.

✨ You’re constantly tired but never feel truly rested.

Intuitive therapy is a gentle, person-led approach to healing where each session is shaped around what you need in that moment — not just what’s written on a treatment list.

Your body, your emotions and your energy are constantly giving information. Intuitive therapy is about listening to that information and responding to it with care and skill.

That might mean using a blend of different holistic tools during a session — such as Reiki, EFT tapping, massage, tuning forks or sound work — depending on what feels most supportive for you that day.

Sometimes what needs attention isn’t always obvious on the surface.
So instead of following a rigid structure, intuitive therapy allows space to respond to what’s not being said as well as what is.

Many people find this approach deeply supportive because it works with the whole person, not just one issue at a time.

Unconventional... But Miraculous 💜

So many people come to see me because they’re dealing with more than one thing at a time. Physical tension, emotional weight, stress that’s been building quietly in the background… and it all shows up in the body.

My approach has always been to treat the whole person, not just one symptom.
Sometimes that means working with the body through massage or tuning forks, sometimes it means supporting the nervous system, and sometimes it’s creating space to process what’s been held emotionally.

Everything is connected, and when you work with the whole system, the shifts can be powerful.

If you’ve been carrying physical aches alongside emotional stress, you don’t have to separate them. We can work with both, together.

At the moment so many people are struggling with colds, congestion and that horrible pressure in the head that just won’t seem to shift.

Recently I used tuning forks with a client who had really blocked sinuses. As we worked around the sinus points, she said she could literally feel things starting to move and clear.

A few hours later she messaged to say:
“If I’d known it was this easy to clear them, I would have come weeks ago!”

Tuning forks work through vibration. When placed around certain areas of the face and head, the gentle frequencies can help stimulate circulation, encourage movement in the sinus cavities, and support the body in releasing that heavy blocked feeling.

It’s gentle, non-invasive, and often surprisingly effective.

Have you noticed the days getting lighter?

There’s something about this time of year —
the subtle shift in the evenings, the softer light, the sense that we’re moving out of the heavier months.

And yet… sometimes our nervous system hasn’t quite caught up.

Winter can leave a residue.
Tension that built slowly.
Emotions we pushed through.
Fatigue we normalised.

As the seasons change, it’s a beautiful time to reset.

To clear what’s been sitting quietly in the body.
To regulate your nervous system.
To gently let go of what no longer feels aligned.

This is often when people feel ready for change — not in a dramatic way, but in a steady, grounded way.

Whether that’s through tapping, tuning forks, meditation or an intuitive session, my work is about helping you transition into the next season feeling clearer, lighter and more balanced.
