Heard people talking about EFT but not really sure what it is?

Maybe you’ve heard people mention tapping.

Maybe you’ve seen it on Instagram. (hiiiii!)

Maybe someone said it helped their anxiety or phobia — but you still don’t really get what it is or how it works.

Let’s break it down.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as tapping, is a simple but powerful tool I use in many of my sessions — especially when emotions feel stuck or overwhelming.

Here’s what actually happens:

🌿 You gently tap on specific points on your body (like the face, collarbone, hands)

🌿 These points relate to your body’s energy systems (a bit like acupuncture, without the needles)

🌿 While tapping, you talk through what you’re feeling — calmly and without judgement

🌿 This helps your nervous system regulate, so you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control

It might look a bit strange at first, but I promise — it works.

Tapping is especially helpful for:

✨ Anxiety and emotional overwhelm

✨ Phobias and fears (like needles or flying)

✨ Stress, low confidence, and self-worth

✨ Letting go of old thought patterns or beliefs

You get to show up exactly as you are.

No pressure. No performance. No judgement.

Let’s be honest — rest is hard for a lot of us.

Even when we want it. Even when we’re desperate for it. Something inside says we haven’t earned it...

That we should keep going. Keep pushing. Be productive.

But what if rest wasn’t the reward?

What if it was the healing itself?

When clients come to me, they’re often holding a lot: Stress, emotional overwhelm, exhaustion that doesn’t go away with sleep.

They’re used to functioning on fumes, always doing, always coping.

And when we create space for rest — I mean deep, nervous-system-level rest — something shifts.

In a session, that might look like:

✨ Being held in stillness with reiki or sound

✨ Letting the body soften with gentle massage

✨ Releasing long-held tension without saying a word

✨ Finally feeling safe enough to breathe fully

Energy work can sound a little out-there if you’ve never experienced it. But the truth is, it’s incredibly natural — and deeply supportive.

Energy work isn’t about “believing” — it’s about feeling.

And my answer is always the same:

Not a problem. It’s actually one of the best places to begin.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

There’s something truly special about gathering in nature, slowing down… and remembering what it feels like to be held — just as you are.

Our recent retreat was exactly that.

An evening of sound healing, reiki, journalling, barefoot grounding, and deep rest.

A space full of connection, love, and calm. ✨

We saw hearts soften.
Energy shift.

We start with a gentle check-in. You don’t need to bring notes, know what to say, or explain everything. Just come as you are. I’ll ask a few questions to understand how you’re feeling, what you’re struggling with, and what you’re hoping to shift.

✨ Then I tune in.

Rather than offering just one set “treatment,” I work intuitively. That means I listen to what your body, energy and emotions are telling me — and choose a combination of therapies that suit you in that moment.

✨ The session begins.

This might include:
