But this work? It goes deeper than just relaxation.

So many people hold off on reaching out for support because they feel like they need to have the right words.

They worry they’ll be asked to talk about things they’re not ready to share.

Or they feel pressure to explain something they don’t fully understand themselves.

So instead, they stay stuck — overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected — waiting for a moment when it’ll somehow feel easier.

BUT you don’t need to explain everything to start feeling better.

Myth: Energy healing is only for people who are super spiritual, into crystals, or already ‘believe’ in it.

Reality: You don’t need to believe in anything for your body to respond to calm, grounding, nervous system regulation.

Let’s be honest — if you’ve ever looked at things like reiki or sound healing and thought “That’s not really for me”, I get it.

It can feel a bit out-there, especially if you haven’t experienced it yourself.

But here’s what I see every week in my sessions:

✨ Clients who don’t consider themselves spiritual at all… but leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more like themselves.

✨ People who were sceptical at first… and now book in monthly because they’ve noticed a real shift in their mood and body.

✨ Those who were just curious — and ended up feeling deeply supported in a way they didn’t know they needed.

Energy healing isn’t about belief — it’s about support.

We’re working with your nervous system, your body, and your emotional energy.

A lot of people come to me saying they feel constantly tense or anxious, like they can never properly relax — even when they have time to rest.

They’ve done the mindset work. They’ve tried journalling, talking it through, meditating — and still, something doesn’t feel right.

Often, the missing piece isn’t in the mind.

It’s in the body.

When your nervous system is dysregulated — which can happen from stress, trauma, burnout, or just constantly being ‘on’ — your body stays on alert.

Even when things are “fine,” it’s still holding tension, scanning for danger, bracing for what might come next.
You might not be aware it’s happening, but your body is doing its best to protect you — and it can leave you feeling exhausted, irritable, foggy, or totally shut down.

The good news is: your body can relearn what it feels like to be safe.

And when that safety returns, things begin to shift.

You don’t react as quickly.

You sleep more deeply.

You feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.

You start to move through the world differently — because your system no longer thinks it has to be in defence mode all the time.

That’s what we work on in session.

Whether it’s reiki, massage, EFT tapping, sound therapy, or a blend of everything, we focus on helping your body release what it’s been carrying — so that healing doesn’t just happen in your head, but through your whole system.

“I’m not in crisis — I just feel… a bit off.”

And every time, my answer is the same:

You don’t need a big reason. You just need to want to feel better.

Let’s talk about stuck energy.

Not in a “spiritual” or out-there kind of way — just real life, real people, real feelings.

Because stuck energy doesn’t always feel like something dramatic.

Most of the time, it feels like:

✨ You’re tired all the time — but can’t sleep

✨ You can’t focus or feel motivated — even for things you love

✨ Your mind is foggy, heavy, full

✨ You get snappy, tearful, or completely shut down — and don’t know why

✨ You feel off… but can’t explain it

Sound familiar?

That’s your body holding on to unprocessed emotion, stress, or patterns that were once protective — but no longer serve you.

It doesn’t mean you’re broken. It just means your system needs some help moving through what it’s been carrying.

That’s where energy work comes in.

Not at all. In fact — it’s kind of the point.

You overthink everything. You get overwhelmed by small things.

You cry easily — or you can’t cry at all. You feel “too much”… or completely shut down.

And at some point, someone probably told you:

“You’re too sensitive.”
“You’re being dramatic.”
“You need to calm down.”

But here’s the truth:

You’re not broken. You’re dysregulated.

Your nervous system has been working overtime — probably for a long time.
And it’s not because you’re weak.

It’s because your body has learned to protect you by staying on high alert.
Fight. Flight. Freeze.

It’s your system trying to keep you safe — even when the danger is long gone.

That’s where this work comes in.

At Eden – The Unconventional Therapist, I help you slowly come out of survival mode and back into your body — using therapies like:
