Intuitive therapy is a gentle, person-led approach to healing where each session is shaped around what you need in that moment — not just what’s written on a treatment list.

Your body, your emotions and your energy are constantly giving information. Intuitive therapy is about listening to that information and responding to it with care and skill.

That might mean using a blend of different holistic tools during a session — such as Reiki, EFT tapping, massage, tuning forks or sound work — depending on what feels most supportive for you that day.

Sometimes what needs attention isn’t always obvious on the surface.
So instead of following a rigid structure, intuitive therapy allows space to respond to what’s not being said as well as what is.

Many people find this approach deeply supportive because it works with the whole person, not just one issue at a time.

Unconventional... But Miraculous 💜

So many people come to see me because they’re dealing with more than one thing at a time. Physical tension, emotional weight, stress that’s been building quietly in the background… and it all shows up in the body.

My approach has always been to treat the whole person, not just one symptom.
Sometimes that means working with the body through massage or tuning forks, sometimes it means supporting the nervous system, and sometimes it’s creating space to process what’s been held emotionally.

Everything is connected, and when you work with the whole system, the shifts can be powerful.

If you’ve been carrying physical aches alongside emotional stress, you don’t have to separate them. We can work with both, together.

At the moment so many people are struggling with colds, congestion and that horrible pressure in the head that just won’t seem to shift.

Recently I used tuning forks with a client who had really blocked sinuses. As we worked around the sinus points, she said she could literally feel things starting to move and clear.

A few hours later she messaged to say:
“If I’d known it was this easy to clear them, I would have come weeks ago!”

Tuning forks work through vibration. When placed around certain areas of the face and head, the gentle frequencies can help stimulate circulation, encourage movement in the sinus cavities, and support the body in releasing that heavy blocked feeling.

It’s gentle, non-invasive, and often surprisingly effective.

Have you noticed the days getting lighter?

There’s something about this time of year —
the subtle shift in the evenings, the softer light, the sense that we’re moving out of the heavier months.

And yet… sometimes our nervous system hasn’t quite caught up.

Winter can leave a residue.
Tension that built slowly.
Emotions we pushed through.
Fatigue we normalised.

As the seasons change, it’s a beautiful time to reset.

To clear what’s been sitting quietly in the body.
To regulate your nervous system.
To gently let go of what no longer feels aligned.

This is often when people feel ready for change — not in a dramatic way, but in a steady, grounded way.

Whether that’s through tapping, tuning forks, meditation or an intuitive session, my work is about helping you transition into the next season feeling clearer, lighter and more balanced.

Kindness doesn’t have to be grand or dramatic.
It doesn’t have to cost money or take hours out of your day.

Sometimes it’s small. Quiet. Intentional.

Today I’ve been thinking about what kindness looks like — both towards others and towards myself.

I’m being kind to myself by continuing my no-sugar journey.
Not because I “have to,” but because I know it supports my energy, my clarity, and how I feel in my body. That’s self-respect, not restriction.

And I’m being kind to others by gifting free massages to my daughter and her friends who are training for HYROX in memory of a very special friend. Supporting their bodies while they prepare feels like a small way to show up with care and love 💜

Kindness doesn’t have to be big.
It can be a message.
A pause.
A hug.
A decision to look after yourself.

So today, I’m curious —

For so many women, the word “birth” is immediately linked to fear, pain, or loss of control.

But what if it felt different?

That’s something I hear a lot.

You can understand something logically.
You can know where it started.
You can even explain it really well.

And yet… your body still reacts.

Your chest tightens.
Your thoughts spiral.
Your emotions feel bigger than the situation in front of you.

They’re something your body feels.

When a fork is placed on or around the body, it sends precise vibration into the nervous system and tissues. That vibration travels — and your body responds.

It might look subtle from the outside.
But inside, things are shifting.

Breathing slows.
Muscles soften.
The mind becomes quieter.
Energy that felt stuck begins to move.
