Intuitive therapy is a gentle, person-led approach to healing where each session is shaped around what you need in that moment — not just what’s written on a treatment list.
Your body, your emotions and your energy are constantly giving information. Intuitive therapy is about listening to that information and responding to it with care and skill.
That might mean using a blend of different holistic tools during a session — such as Reiki, EFT tapping, massage, tuning forks or sound work — depending on what feels most supportive for you that day.
Sometimes what needs attention isn’t always obvious on the surface.
So instead of following a rigid structure, intuitive therapy allows space to respond to what’s not being said as well as what is.
Many people find this approach deeply supportive because it works with the whole person, not just one issue at a time.
