Move with me - home yoga 🧘🏻♂️
I do yoga once a week with the wonderful .centred.wellness who I highly recommend. I’ve found myself getting stronger each week, and yes I have days when I feel weaker than others but on the other whole I feel good. I’ve lost 17lbs, 4.5 inches off my waist and I’m feeling strong.
Although today feeling weak as I can feel a cold coming *shoooo*
