🌟 Hey Students, Are You Struggling with Anxiety? 📚💭

You’re not alone! As a CBT counsellor, I’m here to help you navigate those anxious feelings and find calm amid the chaos.

Here Are Some Tips to Cope:

- Practice Deep Breathing
Take a few minutes to breathe deeply. Inhale for four counts, hold for four, and exhale for four. This can help ground you.

- Stay Organised
Keep a planner to manage your time and tasks. Breaking things down into smaller steps can reduce overwhelm.

- Limit Caffeine
Too much caffeine can heighten anxiety. Opt for water or herbal tea instead!

- Talk About It
Share your feelings with friends or family. Sometimes, just expressing what you're going through can provide relief.

- Set Realistic Goals
Aim for progress, not perfection. Celebrate small achievements along the way!
