Six years ago ,one of my challenges was to perform 100 chin ups .
Last year ,one of my challe ges was to deadlift double my bodyweight (125kg- count the plates!),and to enter my first Hybrid fitness race .

I feel more motivated when I have a goal to work towards .

So this year ,one of my goals is to improve my running speed which complements my strength training very well and helps my body to recover faster .

My goals are always performance based and measurable ,set within a realistic time frame .
