We are looking for an Optical Assistant or Dispensing Optician to join our lovely team!

Experience is preferred but not necessary as training provided.

This is a full time position; including Saturdays.
Sundays and bank holidays off.

If you're naturally interested in fashion, health, science, and a role where you can interact with people daily, this role is for you.

You'll be working with amazing brands and cutting-edge equipment, all alongside our supportive and friendly team of experts.

We dedicate time and care with every patient to provide top customer service. You will have the opportunity to impact the lives of our patients in a positive and meaningful way.

A new pair of glasses can make a huge difference to patients, and there's nothing more rewarding than seeing them smile as they leave us with the perfect pair of frames.

✨ Glaucoma Awareness ✨

January is Glaucoma Awareness month.
Glaucoma is the name given to a group of eye conditions where there is damage to the optic nerve.
This may be because your eye pressure is higher than normal, or because of a weakness in the structure of your optic nerve.

Glaucoma is one of most common eye conditions which affects the vision; and as many as half of people with Glaucoma, don’t know they have it.

While it usually develops slowly and may not show early symptoms, regular eye exams can detect it early and manage it effectively.
Taking care of your eye health, is key to maintaining clear vision!

If you have a close relative with Glaucoma, you could be entitled to an eye examination on the NHS.
