Hi All!!

Hope you've all had a wonderful Christmas and looking forward to a New Year.

I just wanted to come on here to let you know that (hopefully) this page with be merged with Sycamoreholistics which will be my official business page going forward where you will find updates and info regarding yoga, massage, lifestyle, fitness, services etc.

I am back on 3rd January for both yoga and massage. I'm working towards getting my home therapy room up and running early this year - end of January/February. In the meantime I'm still offering massage treatments and reiki from the comfort of your home. For those who have preferred this service I will continue to offer home visits as long as possible for me to do so.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank those who have used my services and supported my small business over the last 4 years.
Its been greatly appreciated and hope to see some of you in 2022!

The best kinda day!!! So good to be back doing the other therapy’s that I LOVE. MASSAGE and REIKI. Three deep tissue massages today and I’m buzzing...though I know I will sleep well tonight!! Even Tommy cat agrees! Though he’s been asleep most of the day..

So happy to be offering MASSAGE and REIKI once again...except this time from the comfort of your home!

From next week Sycamoreholistics will be offering massage and reiki from the comfort of YOUR home.

For the foreseeable future SH is going MOBILE....at least whilst renovations are taking place.

So if you need a massage or reiki and would like it from the comfort of your home PLEASE get in touch.

to Covid-safe rules as set out by the relevant governing bodies!

All treatments cost £40 with no additional travel cost within a 5 mile radius.

After working hard to rebuild my holistic business post lockdown, I found myself, a little over a week ago, coming to terms with the fact that my room, that has served me so well over the last 3 years has to be demolished as part of extensive renovations. It’s taken me a while 💔... I loved this room. I found it healing, warm as cosy. It’s held many souls and triggered many healings...as well as just a good therapeutic massage and chat. So I bid it farewell with a full, grateful heart for all of those with whom I have shared this space. Particularly in the last few months with all the extra paraphernalia and PPE!!

I was going to offer a mobile service but sadly this is now not possible due to the impending lockdown...which I suspect will keep my doors closed for a while.

So once again Sycamoreholistics closes her doors for all hands on therapy.

💫Distance Reiki is however still available 💫

It works just the same...but you stay in the comfort of your home and I in mine.

Thank you all for your custom, your trust, humour and loyalty.

🌟🌟I’m so happy to be able to offer hands on treatments again🌟🌟

And with the way of the world I’ve just written a little guidance regarding the changes, restrictions and what to expect when you visit me....

COVID 19 Guidance for your treatment with Sycamore Holistics

Following current guidelines the way I will be offering treatments will be changing so that I can continue to safeguard your well-being, as well as my own, whilst still offering the same high standard of service, in a relaxed, safe environment.

As you know the guidance is changing very quickly so I will adapt as appropriate.

For now please note the following:

Please turn up on time
Shower before your massage.
No handshakes or hugs permitted.
Please bring/wear a mask or face covering with you to wear if you wish.
Please bring some water.

Please wash and sanitise your hands before attending .
I will have some hand sanitizer for you to use before and after your treatment.
If you need to use the bathroom please use the antibacterial soap and disposable hand towels provided.

I will be wearing full PPE including a face mask and visor. This is for your
Protection and will not affect the effectiveness of your treatment. PPE will be changed between clients.

The treatment room (and bathroom if used) will be thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant before and after every use.

The couch coverings will be changed as they normally would for each client.

Please don’t bring any unnecessary belongings with you as I will be asking you to place your items in a plastic box .

Please only sit on the stool provided which will be disinfected before and after use.

For new clients consultations will be completed before hand, either by email or telephone call. If you are a regular client please let me know before hand if there has been any changes to your health or treatment plan.

Everyone will need to complete a risk assessment, ideally 24 hours before your appointment either by email or phone. I will send it too you. Your details (name/address/telephone contact) will be saved for 21 days for test and trace (the same as if you attend any public service, pub, restaurant etc)

If you are unwell, display any symptoms of corona virus or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or had any symptoms during the 14 days prior to your appointment please DO NOT attend…contact me and I will be more than happy to reschedule, there will be NO cancellation fee.

If I become unwell or have contact as described above I will contact you reschedule your appointment

Currently the advice is for treatments to be no longer for 45 minutes and only given prone (face down) and not to include the head/face which I will be adhering to.

I will not be offering treatments to those who are in the vunerable or shielding category for the time being.


Okayyyyy I think that covers it!


This may all change in the days/weeks to come so please keep watch.
