Yesterday took part in another Saturn run event in Durham, marathon distance completed and 1 minute faster than last month consistency is the word here. (But defo less niggles). So charity event training is working. Also 19th outta 217 runners. Well done to me Old Man who completed the Half Marathon, you still got it Dad.
