Yesterday took part in another Saturn run event in Durham, marathon distance completed and 1 minute faster than last month consistency is the word here. (But defo less niggles). So charity event training is working. Also 19th outta 217 runners. Well done to me Old Man who completed the Half Marathon, you still got it Dad.

Yesterday took part in the Run 'n' Roses event in Durham, a very enjoyable few hrs.
Managed Marathon distance, but a few aches and niggles stopped me going further. So yesterday afternoon was spent with alot of self TLC massage / ice and heat and recovery (lucky I know what I am doing), and today feel good, another day's rest and then back to training ready for the next event.

A great Dry Needling and Medical Acupuncture course completed this weekend. Was the first to sit and pass the theory exam and i also won a box of needles. It's all for the clients, being able to offer different treatments to the many issues or problems that they require assistance with.

First race of 2023, Hamsterley Forest Trail half Marathon, not bad 78 out 224, New Year New Goals. Was tough going (carrying Xmas weight lol).

Cannot wait to start offering the new techniques I learnt on this course - Rockpod and Clinical dry cupping.

Every days a learning day! And I just enjoy building my knowledge in order to offer more treatments to my clients.
