Plan your products, plan for food and recipes and keep track of your water intake (2.25 litres of water a day is a must!). Build in some gentle exercise, set yourself a day/time/route and enjoy getting outside for a walk. Small achievable goals to start with, get moving you'll feel great! ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ

You're only human! It's not the end of the world. It's what you do afterwards that really matters. Bin any guilt and carry on. Ask yourself "What led me to do that?"
