Losing weight is difficult. Fact.

However, feeling unhealthy, tired, depressed and unhappy with your body is even harder. Fact.

Do you want to continue avoiding and missing out on life, or do you want be a participant and live life to the max?

Which hard are you going to choose today?

The hard that is saying ‘no’ to the foods that you continue to crave, as you continue to make the wrong decision by eating them. Turn it around today, not tomorrow. Start to finally feel good about yourself as you begin to learn or relearn to flex those will power muscles.

Or

Continuing to eat what you want, when you want, because you are stressed or eating your own feelings. Ask yourself, does that help make you feel better? No. it never does. We all know it just makes you feel worse.

When will your food party end? Do you really need to ‘treat’ yourself to foods that harm you. When is a ‘treat’ not a treat? When it causes harm to your body and mood. Something thats adds excess fat and causes a post slump is not a treat to you or your body!

So, choose the hard that actually makes a difference and that starts to make you feel better about you!

Choose to stick to plan, and say no to the food and drinks that are not your health and weight loss friends.

Transformation Thursday✨

Hyocinth had spent her whole life in a bigger body. Takeaways on a Friday and Saturday night were the norm, ordered more out of habit than happiness. But behind the comfort food was someone who felt stuck, someone whose mobility was being impacted, whose confidence was shrinking even as her clothes size grew.

What if I told you that you could have a social life and still stay on track with your goals?

I've rounded up our top tips to help you stay on track even when your social calendar is full this summer.

• Go for smaller portions eating at a restaurant, or split a dish with a friend and order some veggies or a salad on the side?
Restaurant portions are often much bigger than a normal portion - and it's easy to overeat when you're busy talking with friends.

• Increase your daily steps.
Why not head out on a walk with a friend instead of a coffee shop catch up? That way you get some extra steps in without even thinking about it.

• Drink 2 large glasses of water as soon as you sit down at your dinner or arrive at the bar.
This will help make you feel fuller and perhaps prevent over ordering when it comes to the food.

• Prepare your meals and snacks to ensure healthy food is always easily available.
When you're busy, it's easy to fall back into old habits and opt for convenience especially if you are trying to maintain.

• Take your product with you and don't be embarrassed to say "NO"

The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan

Cambridge Weight Plan provides flexible weight loss programmes for women and men.

I offer you one-to-one support to create a personalised weight-loss plan that suits your lifestyle. I offer a number of nutritionally balanced programmes ranging from 450kcal to 1500+kcal per day, and each programme incorporates at least one of our delicious tasting low-calorie diet products.

I will explain the Cambridge Weight Plan Steps plan including the four stages of each weight loss programme; preparation, weight loss, stabilisation and long-term weight management. After discussing your personal circumstances, I will recommend an appropriate Step for you to start on.

I will not only provide you with one-to-one support, but will also motivate and encourage you throughout your weight loss journey and once you reach your target, I’ll be there to help you maintain your fantastic new look!
