Mama Moments & Baby Massage
Monday 10.30 - 11.30am @ The Substation, Macclesfield.

I have 9 years of experience teaching baby massage, my sessions offer a gentle grounding space for mums and babies to learn baby massage techniques, but this is more than just baby massage, it is a session run for the mothers to feel calm, relaxed and supported, a beautiful blend of connection and community.

Opening Saturday 14th April

Mother Nature Sanctuary will be opening their doors on Saturday 14th April - the first Mind, Body and Health centre in Bollington. The space is a calm, quiet and beautiful place offering a variety of therapies or sessions including massage, reflexology, baby massage, meditation, yoga, pilates, Seido karate, nutrition or counselling.

I look forward to welcoming you to the centre and introducing you to the team.
