Happy to be providing our CPR and defibrillator workshop once again for Heart-Beats DN22.

Over the past couple of years, we have delivered the workshop to over 100 members of the public.

Now is a great time to book on the course with the new RCUK guideline being recently bought out and the changes to guidance.

The workshop is approximately 90 mins long and free of charge as part of our affiliation with the charity. It would be great if all attendees could make a small donation.

We’re proud to announce that Junction Arts
is our Charity of the Year 💙

This year is especially meaningful as Junction Arts celebrates its 50th year as a charity, marking five decades of creativity, community, and positive impact across our region.

Junction Arts were one of the very first organisations to place their trust in us back in 2021 and have been a huge part of our journey ever since. Supporting them during such a milestone year feels incredibly special.

Last night, we delivered a free CPR and Defibrillation workshop to W.O.W (Women of Welbeck) and were delighted to welcome Hannah from Junction Arts along to the session. In an unexpected and incredibly generous moment, the group surprised everyone by announcing a £350 donation to the charity.

The workshop was a huge success, and we’re proud to give back to an organisation that supported us from the very start.

Throughout 2026, the APLUS team will be doing even more to support Junction Arts, culminating in the Lantern Parade in Bolsover Town Centre later this year.

Had a great day today after being invited to BNI Professionals by Tom at Dawson Print & Design Limited

The group were fantastic and we particularly loved the core values which really did align with ours in particular:
