This very delicate bezel came in split, with the silvered ring wearing very thin to the outer bezel i decided the fit the glass in what may seem a unconventional way, but i believe prolonged the life of the bezel. The glue won't only hold in the glass, but also strengthen the thinner casting of the silvered inner bezel to the brass outer bezel.

This carriage clock came in with chipped miss match glasses. 3mm on the sides, 4mm on the front. All 3 glasses replaced with 4mm glass. I think thicker glasses suits it well.

This striking vienna wall clock came in when the customer wasn’t happy with the previous work done on the clock. The strike activated 2 minutes before it should have and the half hour didn’t work at all. The pin wheel had had new pins put in but the previous repairer hadn’t taken the old broken pins out. They just gouged out the brass around it and dropped a new pin in a blob of solder in the hole they made. You can see the difference from the bad repair to my repair. I didnt want to use solder but once I put the pin back in correctly I hated the look of the gouged brass around it so I filled with solder and filed around it and tidied it up so it looked how it should do. Very happy customer.

This Frankenstein clock has to be one of the worst clocks I’ve worked of. Issue after issue. But got there in the end.
