Adult ADHD
Have you struggled with attention, hyperactivity and impulsive behaviours since childhood

In adults - attentional difficulties can be seen as missing work deadlines, procrastination, forgetting things and poor organisational skills
hyperactivity can be seen as mental restlessness - lots of thoughts in brain and fidgetiness - need for exercise to self regulate, talking excessively and difficulties waiting
Impulsivity can be shown as risk taking behaviour / interrupting others and saying/ doing things you later regret

ADHD can affect your relationships, employment and mental health.

We can offer virtual or face to face assessments and have no waiting list
