Firstly theres no such thing as the January Blues instead it can bring us Hope. And secondly there's no need to get caught up in setting 'new years resolutions', everyday is a chance to change so instead you could plant some seeds of intentions for the day/ week/month or year ahead.
You are probably thinking aren't intentions the same as resolutions? No, an Intention is a practice to help bring self awareness to the present moment. It helps to identify and align yourself to where you want to be and can lead a more mindful and fulfilling life.
Your wellbeing is your main priority. As humans we put ALOT of pressure on ourselves, constantly busy with endless tasks, not looking after ourselves internally or externally. Bringing unwanted stress, anxieties , illnesses and negative effects on our bodies.
We have the Power. Listen to your mind and body. Heal. Flow with the seasons. Take advantage of all your senses. Move when you can and rest when needed. Balance is Key.
