Want to work on your balance?? π€
~ Standing and balancing postures energise the body.
~ They strengthen the legs and ankles, and help to promote stability and correct posture and alignment.
~ They help to raise awareness of areas where there may be weakness or muscle imbalance.
~ Balance poses give a sense of poise and steadiness. They require concentration and focus, so when the mind is distracted and off focus, standing balances can be difficult to perform. It is important to bring back balance to the internal and mental systems.
~ Particularly beneficial when you feel mentally stressed.
Come and join me this MONDAY EVENING whilst we work on balancing postures.
Relax, breathe and allow for mindfulness at the end of the class whilst I take you on a guided visualisation β¨οΈ
