Next week is Mental Health Awareness Week running from Monday 11 May until Friday 15 May.
As the theme this year is ‘Action’, have some activities and suggestions below for you to join in with and take part, from a ‘Walk of Hope’ to ‘Chatty benches’ and the opportunity to help others.
The week itself, organised by the Mental Health Foundation, has a campaign this year to aim to move beyond merely raising awareness to taking concrete, practical steps to improve mental wellbeing for everyone.
