As part of my Crystal Healing journey I am now an EFT practitioner.
Emotional Freedom Teqhnique is a way of releasing negative energy that you no longer need to hold on to.
By tapping on various points on your face and body you can let go of things that are troubling you, or a past trauma that still affects you on a regular basis.
It is like acupuncture but without the use of needles.
It a safe technique that you do on yourself and is done over video chat so it is totally COVID friendly.

As from 1st June I will be opening my diary for 1 hour to 1:30 sessions for just £40.
