Morning! Back to work in earnest toiday after the Christmas and New Year Break. As ever mental health both for females and men is at the forefront of my practise with both going hand in hand.

The dates have been now been arranged for my next in person menopause and mental health group. 10 places available, fully funded.

Reminder!

Its Flu and Covid jab time again. Remember that you need to leave at least 48hrs after having them done before you come and see me for your treatment. If youve got an appointment booked and need to reschedule just let me know as your health comes first.

Morning! I know I havent been posting, just been so busy, which of course is fantastic. However, I am also taking opportunity for a well needed week off and going on holiday with my youngest:

I won't be working Mon 22nd July - Mon 29th July. Il be back in on Tuesday the 30th. I will be switching off mentally and not taking my diary with me so any questions, queries or appointments Il answer when I return. Thank you as ever, Sam.💕
