Sam is a qualified sports massage therapist, aromatherapist and ITEC Personal Trainer. Mental health both for women and men is at the forefront of her practise with both going hand in hand. A Manbassador from the original pilot, Sam has committed to continuing her good work on the project.

Morning! Back to work in earnest toiday after the Christmas and New Year Break. As ever mental health both for females and men is at the forefront of my practise with both going hand in hand.

The dates have been now been arranged for my next in person menopause and mental health group. 10 places available, fully funded.

Its Flu and Covid jab time again. Remember that you need to leave at least 48hrs after having them done before you come and see me for your treatment. If youve got an appointment booked and need to reschedule just let me know as your health comes first.
