Limbo week, Dead Week …
You got a name for it?
It’s still easy to skip the gym this time of year and if you’ve smashed 2022 out of the park - this may be the right thing for you …
But for MOST people it’s not what I’d advise
This time of year you’re literally never more than a few feet away from chocolate…
And it’s easy to tell yourself "I’ll start in January".
The danger with this is that you’re letting complacency win, and accepting excuses instead of being proactive.
So this week if you’re not back to it yet …
Think about getting back into a training routine as being a priority.
By doing this you’ll have some training momentum to hit the ground running come January.
Otherwise, you will risk letting the complacency and the excuses win, and like 95% of people
You’ll be back to work, not in a training routine and you’ll also be trying to tidy up your nutrition - all at once!
Trying to do it this way:
- Will be harder
- You’ll have less chance of success
You’ll likely end up one of those people who have given up by the end of January and back to skipping workouts and eating s**t
Start the workouts now ...
Train hard
Train smart
and be ahead of the pack in January!
