Read the Captions!
If you look at the Pessimistic side of things when in pain or dealing with an Injury, everything about it and around seems gloomy, it gives a negative association.
You find excuses to rest/skip training or rehab/your mood is down. Your normal routine goes down the drain and you lose motivation and discipline 😩
Ultimately leading to the potential of never being fully pain/injury free ❌
However…
If you look at the Optimistic side of all the stuff you still can do and the process of becoming pain/injury free you will have a miles more positive outlook on the future! 🌅
Meaning you will still train/socialise/recover and become injury/pain free with lots to take from your experience ✅
