What a beautiful – and very eventful – evening we had at our monthly Mother-Daughter Connection Circle last night! 🌙✨

There must have been some mischief in the air because we were all feeling a little giddy… and to top it off, we accidentally set the fire alarm off! 🔔🔥 Don’t worry – no one was hurt, and everything was absolutely fine. It actually turned into a funny memory and led to us heading outside into nature, hugging trees and burning away our worries under the stars. 🌳💨

I adore these sessions so much. A huge thank you to all the wonderful mums and daughters who join us each month – we’re so grateful to be at full capacity every single time. 💕

👑✨ Last night was all about celebrating Queens – both the legendary band Queen 🎶 and the powerful young women in the room 💪💖

We:
🌸 Created our own beautiful, unique flower crowns
🧘‍♀️ Dived into a powerful meditation on women lifting each other up instead of tearing each other down
🎵 Listened to Queen classics

These amazing teens shared the qualities they admire in a queen 👸 and learned that speaking kindly to themselves is just as important as speaking kindly to others. 💕

I’m so proud of the growth, courage, and strength these girls have shown over the past 12 months. Watching them step into their true selves is pure magic. ✨

This week I had the pleasure of spending time with some wonderful children at Highlawn Summer Club. On Thursday, I was invited to deliver wellbeing sessions to small groups of children throughout the day.

We explored how breathing techniques, meditation, and crafting calm down jars can help when emotions feel big and mixed up. These simple tools can give them something to turn to when they need a moment to reset.

The calm down jars were a huge hit! The idea behind these creative jars is to help children understand that their emotions can sometimes feel all jumbled up and overwhelming. When they shake their jar and watch the glitter, sequins, and charms slowly settle, it mirrors how their mind and body can also calm and settle.

This is the second summer club I’ve been part of, and the feedback from both teachers and children has been so lovely. It just goes to show how much more we can do to support our children in this ever-changing world. 💚💚💚
