I just want to say Thankyou to all the people and families that have contributed to the gofund me page that was set up by a really special person named Chloe Gudgeon, without her help I would have drowned in my sorrows and given up, but she made me realise that I'm still needed by so many families.

Chloes faith in me and Serenity has given me clarification of this situation and made it a whole lot easier to deal with and is helping me to get Serenity back up and running.

Every bit of support makes it just that little easier.

For all the families that I have been unable to help, I truly am so very sorry and I sincerely hope that your experience with, whom ever you went with, was the best that it could be.

I have shed many tears due to the current situation but I promise all past families that have used Serenity and still would like Serenity to be there in the future.
Serenity will be back! And Serenity will be the service you and your beloved pets deserve.

Im totally heartbroken that I have had to turn away so many families over the past months and that is killing me deep down inside.♥️🐾🐾🌈

Some nights, it hits you out of nowhere…

The silence feels heavier. The house feels different.
You catch yourself looking for them in the same old spots…
as if, somehow, they might still be there.

And then it hurts all over again.

Because love like that doesn’t just fade.
It lingers in the quiet moments, in the memories, in the little things no one else would understand.

Some days you smile when you think of them.
Other days, your chest aches in a way words can’t explain.

Both are part of loving them.

So if you still miss your cat… even after all this time—
that doesn’t mean you’re stuck.

It means you loved deeply.

And love like that… never truly leaves you. 🐾

Today we pause to remember our cats in heaven and the love they left behind. The rooms may feel quieter, but the memories are still warm. Their presence lingers in the smallest corners of our lives.

We think of the gentle routines, the soft purrs, the way they looked at us as if we were their whole world. Though their paws no longer cross our floors, the bond we shared has not disappeared. It has simply taken a different form.

Love like that does not end at the Rainbow Bridge. It settles into our hearts and stays there. And today, we honor them with gratitude for every moment we were blessed to call them ours.

I still hold your collar. I still see your favorite tennis balls scattered around, just waiting for you. Some days, the climb feels so heavy without you walking right beside me. But then I look up, and I know you haven’t truly left. You traded your earthly paws for a halo, and now you’re shining down on me. I’ll keep going, one day at a time, until I see you at the top of those stairs. 🌈🕊️✨

When a furbaby, scalebaby or any other pets came to me, I can honestly say that " if you asked me to say a certain word or sentence to them I Did". "If you asked me to give them a Kiss, I Did".

If you asked me to play music to them and leave the lights on in the chapel prior to cremation "I Did" every pet that came to Serenity was treated as if they were my own and that's something I know in my heart I can be eternally proud of.

Some people won't believe any of this but the families that have used Serenity and had the photos and videos will know the truth.

Dya know what! Im sat here tonight wondering what the f # has happened.
I was doing something that I was absolutely passionate about and am now up s**t creek. I never started Serenity for profit, I never started Serenity for praise. But dya know what! Im glad I started Serenity. Im glad I did what I did and im extremely proud of what I achieved. There was no profit made from what I did and im as skint now as what I was when I started

But "Heyho" It was never ever about the money.
Family members and friends never understood what Serenity was about?

But to me that didn't matter.

I was in this for something more than Just praise, I was here for more than just money

This to me is a CALLING.

I dont actually give a f%ck whether anyone believes me or not and I couldn't care less for all the s**tty comments I received when I put the post up that I had to take down.

Serenity was and still is from the Heart♥️ and anyone that has ever used Serenity will know that is True.

I've cried because I could no longer help, but hopefully I will be there in the future. ♥️🐾🐾🌈

Our feline friends may be small, but they leave an incredibly large and lasting paw print on our hearts. We believe that every cat deserves to spend their final moments wrapped in the quiet, gentle affection they have always known. Easing their journey across the rainbow bridge with a soothing touch is the purest expression of our lifelong devotion. We hold their memories close, finding comfort in the peaceful farewell we were able to provide.

Thank you for everything. For the ordinary days you filled with quiet comfort, for the way you stayed close when I needed you most, for the loyalty that never wavered. You gave me more than companionship; you gave me a steady kind of love that asked for nothing and offered everything.

If I could speak to you now, I would tell you not to worry about me. I am at peace here, free from pain, running light and strong again. The Rainbow Bridge is wide and gentle, and I rest in a place where warmth never fades.

I’ll be waiting for you over the rainbow. When the time is right and you make that walk, you won’t have to search for me. I’ll be the one running toward you, just like before, ready to come home together again.
