It's 3.55 in the morning, this isn't about money, never has been, it's about doing whats right. I will of course be shattered later this morning but heyho.
All you other businesses that think this is easy,Carry on! Carry on wasting your money on advertising and sponsorship.
Carry on preying on families grief, Carry on charging excessive prices. Serenity was born from the ❤️ not profiteering.
And whilst we are at it! Why would you charge extra for same day cremation?
What that means is that you're placing some family's pet further along the line for Money , And yet you care?
If serenity can perform a same day cremation,"IT DOES NOT COST EXTRA" another thing I will say is, I have seen companies stating they have been on courses that help grieving families through what is a very emotional and very distressing time. I personally have never been on a "" course, I didnt need to, I carry the loss of every single pet I have lost in my heart and feel every single emotion a family is going through. Why would you need to go on a course in order to have empathy and compassion? To all the families who have lost or are about to lose a pet, a furbaby or family member whichever you choose to call them,my heart goes out to you. But never ever feel that you are alone.There are millions of people who have suffered this kind of loss and who have come through. Your not alone ❤️🐾🐾🌈

As said before, Serenity doesn't do 24hrs, but I'm still here making sure a families loved one is returned later today. I rest my case ❤️🐾🐾🌈

Further to my earlier post! Serenity never ask whether your pet has had an operation!
If your pet has! Then you will always recieve any metal that was with your pet when cremated. As multiple families can attest to. At Serenity individual cremation MEANS individual cremation.

I have had quite a number of people asking me whether serenity offer a 24 hour service?
The answer quite simply is NO!
If you feel that you cannot keep your pet at home until the morning and are prepared to pay for pet collection at exorbitant prices, all I can say is" where is your pet being placed until their cremation?" Are they being placed in a freezer? Are they being placed in a warehouse? Or are as is often the case being left in someone's van? Personally I'd rather wait until someone can take my pet and place them in a dignified place with respect and care.
If however you do choose to let someone take your pet, at least get them to take photos of where your pet is at rest until their cremation takes place. Serenity place any pet in the chapel until this happens. Oh and by the way! I'm currently with a pet at 1.03 am and will be here until this pet is ready to continue on their final journey. Serenity means personal, I'm not sat in an office, I don't employ staff to collect and I make sure I deal with every pet that comes here.❤️🐾🐾🌈

Serenity will be closed from the 10th of may until the 17th of May. although any pets that are currently pre-booked for home euthanasia/ cremation will still go ahead.

There are times in your life when being a coward helps. There are times when doing the right thing also helps. Serenity was and still is my life life story, and it's taken its toll.
I am here to do one thing! And that is to bring peace to families that require my help. I have and will always give my utmost at whatever the cost.
Thank you to all my family members that realised this was the case and farewell to the ones that thought this was just another crazy scheme. RIP to my former life.❤️🐾🐾🌈 I can't help what I have become.❤️🐾🐾🌈
