What Serenity is and has been isn't a business!
I started Serenity to be a help in one of the most darkest hours that you or a family would ever face.

Serenity wasn't started for profit,it was started from the heart ♥️

Unfortunately doing something from the heart has consequences and eventually I have learnt that.

The amount of grief I have managed to deal with over the past 7yrs has taken its toll.

As stated, Serenity was and isn't a business as such, and im really sorry if any of the families that have used the services I offered have felt that way.

I have always tried to treat every pet as if they were one of my own and can honestly say that I have shed a tear for every pet that has come into my care

Unfortunately, without realising. I had taken a greater responsibility than I could bear on my own and this caused my mental health to suffer

Im now on the mend and will endeavour to continue to be there for families that need my and Serenity,'s help.

Unfortunately! Due to a hiccup with my mental health😪serenity has been unable to help families over the past month.
I personally feel very bad about this and also regret not being able to help when needed.

What i will say is that in February, Serenity will be back and firing on all cylinders.

I will always make sure that any pet, companion freind or beloved family member is treated with the utmost care dignity and respect throughout their whole journey.

Some families, for whatever reason, may not want they're pets ashes returned. Serenity promises that if we take your pet, even for a communal cremation at a much lower cost, we will still provide the same service.
That is, your pet will still receive the utmost dignity care and respect throughout and you will always receive photos of your beloved pet at rest in our chapel, and of course will always receive a framed pawprint and noseprint. That's our promise.❤️🐾🐾🌈
