• Stay Hydrated 💧– Cupping helps release toxins, so drink plenty of water to flush them out.
• Rest Up 🛌 – Give your body time to heal and recover.
• Moisturise 🌿 – Keep skin hydrated with a natural oil or lotion.

What to AVOID 4-6 hours after a cupping session:

• Hot Showers or Baths 🚿 – Avoid exposing the cupped area to hot water, as it can irritate the skin.
• Intense Exercise 🏋️ – Heavy workouts or strenuous activity can interfere with the body’s healing process.
• Direct Sunlight or Heat ☀️ – Keep the cupped area out of direct sun or heat sources to prevent skin sensitivity.
• Alcohol and Caffeine ☕🍷 – These can dehydrate you, so it’s best to focus on hydrating with water instead.
