Non-medical support, advice and information on a different topic each week.
A safe, non-judgmental space to meet like-minded others and discuss experiences.
Emotional and practical support, a chance to share coping mechanisms and connect with others who understand your experiences 🩷

Below, you will find the schedule of activities available to our members.

Please feel free to share this with anyone you know who is currently in recovery from substance use (drugs or alcohol).

Our support is also available to carers, including immediate family members or friends who provide any form of support to someone in recovery.
