When you can no longer find the energy to work.
Work and home don’t feel like a safe space.
Boundaries are blurred.

Procrastination, loss of control, anger, panic these are all more common than you may think. Over a period of time burnout can present itself in a number of ways symptoms can include disrupted sleep patterns, panic attacks, IBS, aches and pains, unhealthy habits, drinking too much, comfort eating to name just a few.

Your body is sending you warning signals that you need to listen to. It’s letting you know that you’re under chronic stress and ignoring these signals could lead to serious ill health.
