Although we offer very different things we knew somehow that things would work well.
How? Because love.

I am now finishing my last year of study and will be back to part time unless it is a school holiday.
I appreciate you all so very much for sticking with me through this time. I know it's not easy fitting into a tiny schedule.
I am incredibly lucky to have your support and custom and hope the hard work I'm putting in now will directly affect you all too.

I am proud to offer holistic therapy for the mind, body and soul. Hypnotherapy and guided meditation are used for both.
Hypnotherapy has deep historical routes in healing. I have seen it work in my practice and in my own life.
As a healer I want my clients to heal and be able to heal at home so I make sure to offer my clients the chance to learn self hypnosis. I also offer mp3's to those who need recap sessions so they do not have to come more times than they have to. This keeps my promise of affordable therapies for all which is something I am passionate about.

I've worked with so many different people from so many different places.
I have been incredibly blessed to have been taught by some of the most amazing doctors, shamans, healers, and teachers you could ever meet.
I am passionate about healing and love how incredible the mind and body are at making us whole again.

If you are new to holistic healing and natural therapies then welcome!!
Sanctuary therapies is collaborative! I work with you and tailor remedies and therapies to your needs. I also offer help and advice so that you can continue self care at home! I want my clients to heal and only come back to me for a treat!

We aren't perfect. But we are perfect for each other and I'm so glad I get to spend my days with him. Losing two days with him has been horrible this past couple of weeks. 😭
But don't tell him. 🤫🥰 He will call me a creep 🤔🤣

Remember your root chakra is your source of grounding and strength. Your ancestry stretches back so incredibly far. Your DNA, your code is full of courage, strength, ability.
You can lock into trauma and negative energy easily because it leaves a dark mark. But if you focus, if you look deeper, you will find an inner strength you never knew existed.

If you're coming for a piercing please make sure to scroll through our posts about piercings. There's lots of good information pinned and posted.

Remember a cartilage piercing is a game of patience and can take up to two years to fully heal to a point where it doesn't hurt to be knocked. It needs to be left alone and downsized at 6 weeks for the best healing.

Saturday walk ins start at 11 and are shorter appointments for people who are busy and can't get to appointments. Please have a really good idea of what you want and don't bring too many helpers as our piercings room is very small 🙏🙏

I am a natural healer. Mind-body and soul. It's what I love and it's what I have been doing for over 20 years. Healing, helping, pouring my energy into others who need it.

I do this because I know how it feels to have body and mind let you down.
I know how hard it is to ask for help.
And I know how dark things get when we don't do what our mind and body need.

Had a few requests for triples lately.
Yes I will do a triple piercing in the same sitting but I do ask that you come for a check up as it's healing.
Triples are a lot to heal at once and an irritation bump/rejection or minor problem can end up ruining the overall look so we like to be extra careful and keep an eye on it!

If you'd like a triple, have a good chat with your piercer first. Cartledge piercings need time and patience to heal so don't jump into a triple without having a good think. Have I got time?, can I manage some throbbing and soreness?, is my lifestyle going to mean I knock the piercing a lot? Etc.

We have done so many piercings over the last few days that we thought we should put one of posts up about irritation bumps.
These are incredibly common, especially when piercings have been overstimulated.
If you're concerned at all about anything to do with your piercing please don't hesitate to get in touch! Usually we can help ease your mind so it's always good to ask! 🙂

Just to let you all know I will be away on the following dates.
I am taking a little bit of school holiday time with the kids this year. Life is short and I don't want to miss it.

Please make sure you are booked in for your piercing changes in time for school or have jotted down the last Saturday before school for walk in piercings.
